Digital Sales Account Executive- The Morning Call Media Group
The Morning Call Media Group, the Lehigh Valley's leading media company, is seeking an experienced outside sales professional to sell our digital advertising products.

Paid Training
Our digital sales account executives are responsible for selling advertising banners, programs, sponsorships, e-commerce and other Internet advertising products to local, regional and national businesses.
Solicits and sells advertising programs and sponsorships on themorningcall.com:
Calls on prospects to develop new accounts
Generates revenue by identifying opportunities and aggressively seeking out new business
Determines needs of prospective clients in order to prepare appropriate sales presentations.
Secures maximum amount of business on each submission or presentation.
Aggressively seeks out mutually beneficial promotional arrangements that may include multiple elements such as, but not limited to, contests, giveaways, advertising and barter.
Works closely with the Retail Advertising Department of The Morning Call to sell Internet advertising products to existing Morning Call customers.
Works closely with the Interactive Product and Business Development Mangers to sell and develop existing and new interactive sales programs and products.
Directs the entire sales process from account identification to close to ongoing customer relations and sales, and is accountable for servicing all accounts in an assigned region.
Directs sales assistant who manages accounts on day-to-day basis after the close of the sale.
Acts as liaison between the client and the company.
Manages advertising sales revenue and account management targets.
Transformative change responsibility/change agent traits & behaviors.
Vision/customer service responsibility.
Requirements:
At least three years online sales experience required.
College degree preferred.
Basic computer skills in Internet, PowerPoint, Excel and Word required.
Business math skills required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
Must work well in a team environment.
Current valid driver's license required and access to a dependable vehicle
