Customer Services, a department within our PPL Electric Utilities organization, is seeking 2 students to work full time (40 hours/week) during the summer of 2017, in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
Position Summary
A PPL Intern/Cooperative Associate is a temporarily employed full-time college student in an accredited four-year institution of higher learning, who is offered a work-study program designed to give college students practical work experience in their field of study. This program often helps students determine career interests. Beyond the scope of the actual tasks performed, the student becomes familiar with a corporate environment and gains practical skills and knowledge to supplement their classroom experience.

Job Description
? Facilitate group collaborations that aligns around our CX vision and strategy using multiple sources and data analytics to design processes, identify trends and eliminate customer pain-points.
? Collaborate with cross functional groups to improve the customer experience by implementing initiatives that reduces customer effort, increases efficiency, and increases customer satisfaction across multiple contact channels.
? Collaborate with CX team to execute digital strategy initiatives that shifts customers to low cost channels to serve.
Candidate Qualifications Candidates must meet the basic qualifications and pass all required tests or assessments to receive consideration.
Basic Qualifications
+ Enrolled in a curriculum leading to a baccalaureate or master?s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field of study.
+ Enrolled on a full-time basis (12 semester hours). Students may not continue as an Intern/Co-operative Associate once they have graduated.
+ Have an acceptable overall (cumulative) grade point average, not lower than a 3.0.
+ Eligible to work in accordance with Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services (BCIS) regulations.
+ Able to provide an official student transcript and other required information.
+ 18 years of age or older.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
