Trainer&Course Developer-Customer Services

Develop training programs using the ADDIE model or a similar approach, including but not limited to instructor presentations, instructor guides, participant guides, reference guides, elearning modules and videos.
Revise, review and maintain all necessary training materials, including but not limited to: Instructor presentations, Instructor Guides, participant guides, reference guides, online knowledge tool, participant handouts,. When required, prepare training plans for future Customer Services initiatives.
Conduct training sessions. Can be one on one, hands on, or lecture style training sessions. Must be able to evaluate and adjust as needed the training program based on employee feedback regarding attainment of course objective, course materials.
Evaluate participant performance and the effectiveness of training through administration of written and skill-based evaluations and through observation and job-shadowing of employee. Provide feedback orally and in writing to the employees and management.
Maintain training CS roadmap/calendar, reporting, tracking, coordinate communications, inventory, order materials and supplies necessary to support.

Process accurate and timely training records as necessary to ensure that the company's tracking systems are accurate.
Coordinate with technology to understand real time changes to tools and how that impacts curriculum design training material.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
