Job Description: Responsible for adjudicating medical and/or dental claims in accordance with plan(s) provisions and providing support to Customer Service and other internal and external clients.
Minimum Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A minimum of two (2) years of experience in direct claim processing and knowledge of medical terminology required. Must possess good communication skills, both oral and written. Must possess the initiative to identify and carry out responsibilities to their completion. Must have strong problem solving abilities and analytical skills; the ability to function under pressure and deadlines and ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications: Qiclink or TPA claims processing experience preferred.
Licensure and Certifications: N/A

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
