Business Relationship Manager

Title Alliance Ltd. specializes in the creation and management of RESPA compliant title joint ventures in the real estate industry. Since 1983 we have formed over 75 joint ventures in Arizona, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, New York, Maryland, Virginia, Ohio and Michigan.
We are currently looking for a dynamic, driven Business Relationship Manager with high energy and knowledge of the industry for our offices in the Lehigh Valley, PA area
Responsibilities include selling title products and or services and advising clients on effective usage; maximizes profitability on products or services and acts as liaison between sales, other departments and customers on products, services and technology. Will work independently, consulting with leadership as needed. Extensive local travel, occasional overnights.
Increase profit, revenue and market share by influencing new business across all customer segments
Maintain an updated target list of prospective, qualified customers and continually assess progress in securing customers
Establish and maintain a well-known presence within the local real estate network of customers by attending customer events, hosting events, productively networking and making regular office/ site visits to prospective and current customers
Communicate best practices and indentify road blocks to management
Retain information on competitor's current sales tactics, products and market strategies
Define and achieve personal sales and profit targets consistent with the office sales plan created by sales manager and track sales goals
Maintain a consistent and professional level of communication, relationship management and follow-through with prospective and current customers
Anticipate and solve problems between customers and departments
Foster positive interaction between all departments
Conduct and/or participate in regular sales meetings as well as regular professional development
Must have high school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
Must have 2+ years outside sales experience with a proven successful track record
Title/escrow/real estate industry experience is highly desirable
Above average customer support orientation is necessary
Strong verbal and written communication skills with and emphasis on presentations
Intermediate level MS Office experience
Valid, clean driving and background record

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
