We are seeking a Technical Cyber Security Resource.
Candidate needs to be a security generalist with working knowledge and experience of endpoint security, data security, and network security controls.
Specific areas of focus include but are not limited to:
o Security logging and monitoring
o Vulnerability assessments and scanning
o System hardening
o Firewalls
o Intrusion detection
o Malicious code prevention
o Data encryption
Working knowledge of and experience with NERC CIP regulatory standards is preferred.
Candidate needs strong verbal and written communication skills.
Position is for a technical cyber security resource. Candidate will need hands on experience supporting and using cyber security controls associated with the aforementioned areas of focus.
Position does include an on-call function where she/he would be on-call one week at a time as part of a four week rotation. On-call duties includes responding to, diagnosing, and taking corrective actions associate with security alerts

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
