Adecco - Client Program Coordinator - Allentown, PA

The Adecco Client Program Coordinator job is responsible for coordinating an on-site temporary employee staffing program for a single client under the direction of a Client Program Manager, Client Account Manager or other management level position. Uses pre-determined methods to source and recruit candidates to fill temporary, temporary to permanent and/or permanent job orders. Ensures orders are fulfilled according to client requirements. Provides general oversight to typically 75 to 125 temporary employees.
Note: This role is never to be used the single incumbent on a client site.
Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides general oversight and administers onsite temporary employee programs.
Conducts intake calls and/or meetings with clients and ensures timely order fulfillment.
Administers job postings in various systems.
Qualifies candidates against pre-determined standard requirements.
Enters and tracks assignment and/or candidate data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Builds and maintains relationships with candidates and temporary employees.
Responds to candidate and/or temporary employee inquiries and escalates as necessary.
Completes candidate hiring/onboarding processes in accordance with client/organizational requirements.
Participates in Quality Performance Reviews (QPRs).
Ensures compliance and safety requirements are met.
Completes other administrative tasks as required.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of six (6) months of recruiting or other relevant experience is required. Bachelor's degree and previous experience working in the staffing or human resources solutions industries is highly desirable.

Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
