Optometrist

Great opportunity for a Board Eligible/Board Certified Optometrist looking to join a collegial group in an established and growing Ophthalmology practice in eastern Pennsylvania. Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) has an employed group which is currently comprised of two Ophthalmologists and an Optometrist based in Allentown, Pennsylvania. This practice is opening a new office in summer 2017 and will be hiring an Optometrist and Ophthalmologist for that location. Responsibilities for our new Optometrist include performing comprehensive eye examinations, routine glasses and contact lens fittings including rigid glass permeable lenses, and following up with post-op patients. Being on call is not required. Spanish speaking skills are a real plus. We are offering a comprehensive compensation package including attractive salary and top-tier benefits.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
