Project Control Leader

1. Provide support to the Project Management group including cost analysis, report development, portfolio schedule management, and general project support.
2. Diagnoses problems in the forecast by assessing the impact of variances of forecasted items and makes appropriate forecast adjustments.
3. Ability to integrate data across budgeting, forecasting and scheduling systems.
4. Analyzes historical data and market intelligence in order to develop and improve the forecast. Has a solid understanding of all data and its relationship to the forecast
5. Analyze project overruns to help identify corrective actions and that can lead to defined best practices.
6. Identify improvement opportunities and help establish action plans to improve business performance.
7. Monitor adherence to work plan for all project work.
8. Develop and monitor performance metrics.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
