Senior Epic Ambulatory Analyst Programmer

Kforce client has exciting direct hire opportunity for Senior Epic Ambulatory Analyst in Allentown, Pennsylvania (PA).Responsibilities:
Responsible for the administration and support of automated systems including construction and testing of applications within designated departments/divisions
Assumes overall responsibility, including direction of others, for projects of all sizes and complexity
Works with designated hospital department/division personnel in establishing strategic system plans and implementation efforts
Recognizes and makes management aware of issues and potential problems and demonstrates initiative in determining possible solutions
Recognizes and participates in work process improvements as appropriate
Interacts with vendors as required
Work requires the level of knowledge normally attained through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Management
Nine years' progressive experience in Information Services or twelve years' direct healthcare experience
Work requires ability to lead project teams to accomplish automation projects of large size and complexity
Requires excellent analytical skills to assess business problems and develop feasible alternative solutions
Verbal and written communication skills required to propose plans and alternatives to team, department, and management
Must be able to visit multiple business and education locations
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous Epic experience
Work requires knowledge of current information technology and proficiency in platform, network and workstation tools
Working knowledge of designated user department/division function and work process is preferred
Licensure and Certifications: Epic preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
