Assist physicians and patients in coordinating and scheduling appointments for a variety of services across our network. Work closely with the departments that we service in order to complete the scheduling process correctly and in a timely fashion. Call center environment.
Candidate must posses the ability to deliver outstanding customer service to our callers and have the ability to use critical thinking skills in order to assist a patient with all of their needs. Strong computer skills necessary along with the ability to work on multiple applications simultaneously.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
