We are currently seeking a Material Handler for our Allentown facility . The Material Handler reports directly to the Group Leader.

Responsibilities:
Job Summary:
The Material Handler is responsible for ensuring that the correct materials in the correct amounts are running in each machine. The Material Handler also is responsible for cleaning of the material system when there is a material change.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Monitor material in blenders, hoppers and grinders.
+ Clean and perform minor adjustments to blenders, hoppers and grinders.
+ Operate an electric pallet jack.
+ Be able to read and understand the Material Control Board.
+ Restock resin and colorant.
+ Completely clean out the material system whenever there is a material change on a machine.
+ Maintain LOTO authorized user status.
+ Fill in for breaks as needed.
+ Grind material as needed.
+ Wear appropriate PPE at all times.
+ Help others as needed.
+ Assist during line studies.
+ Fill out appropriate paperwork thoroughly and correctly.
+ Keep area clean.
+ Participate in all safety initiatives.
+ Follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
+ Participate in the CPS.
+ Other duties as assigned by management.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE :
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Basic mathematical skills are required.
+ Prior experience and/or training are not required, but are desirable.

The employee must frequently lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 1500 pounds with a power floor jack.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts in a production environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. Temperatures inside the plant can fluctuate between hot and cold according to seasonal changes. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in the production department and other designated areas. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
