Position Summary
This is for a SharePoint Support Analyst position and will be located in Allentown, PA. The Support Analyst will provide Level 2 support of SharePoint Sites in Office 365. Support includes but is not limited to; answering questions, providing instructions and troubleshooting out of the box SharePoint functionality, SharePoint site development, Workflow troubleshooting, and Intranet content and search management.
Responsibilities
Manage and Complete tickets for New SharePoint Sites with the use of AD Groups for Security and site Templates. Make recommendations and updates to the Site Templates
Manage and complete tickets for SharePoint permissions changes to Permissions Levels, Sites, and Site Objects using AD groups for Security..
Manage and Resolve Incident Tickets created by employees for SharePoint issues. Contact employees for addition details and perform on site or remote troubleshooting.
Assist employees with designing SharePoint sites. Encourage the use of metadata and train employees on the use of metadata. Explain sites object assist employees with creating them.
Assist employees with file migrations to SharePoint. Migrate files for employees using various methods.
Maintain our Site Inventory and decommissions sites as needed. Verify sites exist, update site owners as they change, and monitor storage quotas.
Optimize and Maintain Search. Update Keywords, Top results, make recommendations for a better search experience.
Assist our client services team with office 2010 and office 2013 issues as they pertain to SharePoint. Perform basic troubleshooting on employee workstations.
Required Skills
2-3 years of SharePoint 2013 experience ideally with Sites, Site Features, Site Objects, and Security
2-3 years of Office 2013 and Office 2010 experience in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
Ability to track tickets and manage the ticket queue
Ability to assist and train SharePoint end users
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills to handle multiple diverse support items simultaneously
Preferred skills
Knowledge of SharePoint Designer (Workflows) & Infopath
Knowledge of Office 365 ? SharePoint Online
General understanding of web development methods (html, css, javascript)
General Understanding of Active Directory
Experience with Sharegate for Site Management
Experience with ServiceNow for Ticket and Request management

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
