Job Description: Responsible for the documentation, understanding, and redesign of process and workflow for designated departments/divisions. Liaison between project team and departments supported. Works closely with application coordinators to construct and test new workflows and system build. Coordinates with users to redesign processes and workflows using best practice standards. Recognizes and participates in work processes improvements. Responsible for assisting with the administration and support of automated systems including equipment coordination, troubleshooting and construction and testing of applications within designated departments/divisions. Assumes responsibility for the development of project plans and tasks. Works with designated Clinical Departments during project implementation.
Minimum Requirements: A minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in clinical and/or operational healthcare experience is required. Work requires the level of knowledge acquired through the completion of a Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent operational and/or clinical healthcare experience. Must maintain professional and/or system certification in assigned areas, as applicable. Work requires the ability to: analyze and solve problems; work well in a team environment; work independently; self-motivated and self-disciplined; communicate clearly and accurately in both verbal and written mode, accurately and concisely describing problems and solutions; focus on details and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and to consistently apply standards with flexibility for various department functions. General knowledge of personal computer tools is required. Must be able to visit multiple businesses and education locations. Knowledge and ability to extract key data elements from LVHN data systems required as well as software programs including MS Office and Visio.
Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in nursing or in relevant field; working knowledge of current work process; cross functional experience; Active membership in professional organization; Epic system certification; leadership experience/skills; evidence of involvement in phases of project implementations; evidence of involvement with work process improvements; balance between clinical and technical systems experience; Self-motivated, self-directed, Ability to facilitate change; Independent contributor.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
