Critical Care ICU Registered Nurse

A career opportunity is now present for a Critical Care Registered Nurse with an acute care hospital in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Located in a desirable suburban community, this area provides convenient access to interstate highways and rests near beautiful state parks and lakes.

The Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse will join a 200+ bed hospital that features an Emergency Room that treats nearly 45,000 patients annually, an Outpatient Surgery Center, Skilled Nursing Facility, Diabetic Care Center and Behavioral Health Services. This financially stable facility has also received numerous regional awards for cardiac care and stroke care among other service lines.

This Intensive Care Unit RN will provide administrative and therapeutic patient care under the direction of the Charge Nurse and Department Manager. The CCU RN will treat patients with critical and/or life threatening needs following surgeries, traumas or organ failures. The ICU RN will share critical information with family members and patient decision makers in a comforting and caring manner.

Additional responsibilities for the Critical Care RN will include collaboration with physicians and ancillary services and support of the hospital mission and vision. The Critical Care ICU RN will also participate in continuing education as directed and play a critical role in the achievement of patient satisfaction measures.

Southeastern Pennsylvania is home to several highly regarded tourist destinations including theme parks, traditional Amish communities, and Minor League baseball stadiums. The area is also within a short commute of the Philadelphia metropolitan area.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
